Quarterback

                            When Philipp Pölzl returned to Austria from a semester abroad in the USA at the age of 23, he wanted one thing above all: to play flag football. He decided to buy a football and started looking for like-minded people. A group of sports enthusiasts came together – the nucleus of the first flag football team in Graz, the Styrian Studs.
Only a few years later, Pölzl was playing quarterback for the national team. In a legendary final against the USA, the motherland of (flag) football, he led Austria to the world championship title.

In his book, Pölzl recounts how this improbable success was possible. He tells of pure enthusiasm, overcoming setbacks, the pitfalls of extraordinary motivation –
