Ich möchte meinen Leser aufmuntern sich mit seiner aktuellen Lebenssituation auseinander zu setzen und sie anzuerkennen und nicht dagegen anzukämpfen. Der Leser soll sich wohlfühlen beim Lesen der Texte und Betrachten der Bilder. Er darf sich eingestehen, dass es ihm gerade nicht gut geht und dass es völlig in Ordnung ist, dass er sich momentan so fühlt. Dem depressiven oder traurigen Leser soll klar werden, dass er Unterstützung hat und Kontakte hat, auf die er zählen kann, auch wenn er sich das im momentanen Zustand nicht vorstellen kann. Ich wünsche allen Lesern, dass es ihnen nach dem Lesen ein bisschen besser geht und sie mit sich ins Reine kommen und annehmen was gerade ist. Manchmal hält das Leben herausfordernde Themen für einen bereit, da ist es schön, wenn man Unterstützung durch sein Umfeld bekommt. Das Buch ist das ideale Geschenk für einen traurigen Menschen, der einem am Herzen liegt.
