Development Status and Challenges of the International Cooperation Between Bolivia and Germany Regarding Technical Vocational Education and Training

                            The author begins her study by noting that the long-held positive relationship between development cooperation and development cooperation is in crisis: At the heart of the crisis is the lack of evidence (at least in the vocational education sector) of the sustained positive impact of development cooperation. Reflection on the crisis has enabled reflexive approaches: interdisciplinary and intersectional approaches are gaining importance, inherent contradictions of the supposedly correct solution are becoming clear, and the historical-cultural context is becoming the object of social emancipation processes. Against this background, Ms. Carrasco formulates five research questions:

1. how was the international cooperation development and in this context the topic Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) between Germany and Bolivia in the past 50 years? 
2. which theory could be used as background for assessment and evaluation of the German-Bolivian project work in the TVET field? 
3. which instrument based on this theory could be used to assess and evaluate the quality on German-Bolivian project work?
4. which are the identified weaknesses and strengths by means of the instrument in the German-Bolivian project work?
5. which conclusions based on this research could be deduced for the stabilization or rather improvement of the German-Bolivian project work?
