Gundula Puran Sukh Avenali has been dealing with natural sciences and spiritual teachings for 25 years. After completion of her university degree in Biotechnology she was more than 10 years in business and politics. She is the founder of the Waldzell Institute, which brought together renowned personalities from science, economics, arts and spirituality such as HH the Dalai Lama, Paulo Coelho, Isabel Allende, Frank Gehry, Christo, and various Nobel laureates engaging in a dialogue with decision makers from business and politics. Puran Sukh now runs her own yoga school YOGA VEDA in Switzerland. Together with her husband Sadhana Singh she founded the Waldzell Leadership Institute, which is designed to provide knowledge and experience of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in the fields of leadership, excellence, prosperity and success. With her pro-bono initiative „Architects of the Future“ she supports young social entrepreneurs all over the world. Puran Sukh is a member of the Swiss Yoga Association (YS) and the international Yoga Alliance. She is a certified yoga teacher in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, in Integral Yoga in the tradition of Swami Sivananda and a yogatherapist, trained in Kundalini Medicine by Guru Dharam Khalsa.
